Where applicable law requires consent, especially in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions with similar rules, cookie and advertising consent is handled through our cookie banner or consent management platform, not by implied consent from continued use alone.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where appropriate, such as a notice on the website, an updated banner, or another reasonable method.

4) The Service
4.1 AI Chat and Informational Content
The Service may provide AI-generated responses, browser-based chat features, articles, guides, comparisons, documentation-style content, summaries, explanations, examples, and other informational materials.
AI outputs and website content are provided for general informational and productivity purposes only. They may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, biased, offensive, unsuitable, or not appropriate for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating any output before relying on it.
4.2 Independent Browser Chat Experience
Chat-Deep.ai may offer a browser-based AI chat experience for quick prompts, writing help, coding questions, summaries, explanations, brainstorming, translation, study support, and other general AI-assisted tasks.
The browser chat feature is independent and should not be treated as an official DeepSeek account, official DeepSeek Chat, official DeepSeek login, official DeepSeek API console, official DeepSeek billing page, or official DeepSeek support channel.
4.3 AI Model Providers and Chat Routing
When you use the AI chat feature, your prompts and generated responses may be processed by AI model providers, API providers, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, security providers, or technical delivery layers that help us operate, secure, and deliver the Service.
The model, provider, or routing used for a chat request may vary depending on availability, reliability, configuration, technical requirements, safety controls, and service performance. Chat-Deep.ai does not guarantee that every response is generated by any specific model, provider, or platform unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Third-party providers may process data according to their own terms, privacy policies, security standards, and retention practices. For more information about data processing, please read our Privacy Policy.
4.4 No Accounts Required for Normal Use
We do not require a Chat-Deep.ai account to access the normal browser chat experience. Some features, such as contacting us or posting comments, may require you to submit limited information, such as your name, email address, or message content, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.5 Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including the chat feature, guides, pages, tools, comments, ads, analytics, or integrations.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with your device, or available in your country or region.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. In some jurisdictions, the Service may not be directed to children under a higher age threshold, such as 16.
If you are under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use of the Service. Minors should not submit personal information, sensitive information, private documents, passwords, API keys, payment details, or confidential data through the Service.
6) Important Disclaimers: No Professional Advice

6.3 No Emergency or Safety-Critical Use

- Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, third-party right, or platform rule.

- Use the Service for high-risk activities where failure or inaccuracy could lead to death, personal injury, financial loss, legal harm, or serious damage.
We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content, limiting access, blocking users or IP addresses, reporting abuse, preserving evidence, or cooperating with legal authorities where appropriate.
10) Advertising, AdSense, and Invalid Traffic
10.1 Advertising
We may display advertisements on some pages, including advertisements served through Google AdSense or other advertising services. Ads help support the operation of the Service.
Ads displayed on the Service do not mean that we endorse any advertiser, product, service, offer, website, or claim. Any interaction you have with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.
10.2 No Invalid Traffic or Ad Manipulation
You must not interact with ads in any way that is artificial, deceptive, automated, incentivized, misleading, or intended to inflate advertiser costs or publisher earnings.
You agree not to:
- Click ads on the Service for the purpose of supporting us, testing ads, generating revenue, or manipulating ad metrics.
- Ask, encourage, reward, pressure, or incentivize others to click ads or generate ad impressions.
- Use bots, scripts, automated tools, traffic exchanges, paid traffic schemes, click farms, proxies, or deceptive software to generate ad views, impressions, clicks, or interactions.
- Repeatedly refresh pages, reload ads, or interact with ads in a way that may create invalid traffic.
- Create accidental clicks through misleading behavior, deceptive layouts, overlays, or manipulation of ad placement.
- Attempt to interfere with ad measurement, fraud detection, consent signals, or advertising security systems.
We may monitor, restrict, block, or investigate activity that appears to create invalid traffic or violate advertising policies. We may also cooperate with advertising providers to protect advertisers, users, and the Service.
11) User Content
11.1 What Counts as User Content
“User Content” means any content you submit, provide, post, upload, type, paste, send, or otherwise make available through the Service, including chat prompts, contact form messages, comments, feedback, suggestions, text, code snippets, links, and other materials.
11.2 Your Ownership
You retain any rights you may have in your User Content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, consents, and legal authority to submit and use your User Content.
11.3 License to Operate the Service
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, display, moderate, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and operate the Service.
For public content, such as comments or feedback posted publicly on the website, you also grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, store, moderate, and use that public content in connection with the Service.
11.4 Comments Are Public
If you post comments or public feedback, you understand that they may be visible to other visitors. Do not post sensitive, private, confidential, or regulated information in public comments.
11.5 Moderation and Removal
We may, but are not required to, review, moderate, edit, refuse, hide, or remove User Content at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms, appears to be spam, creates legal or security risk, is abusive, is misleading, or is otherwise inappropriate.
11.6 Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, corrections, feature requests, or improvements, you agree that we may use them without compensation, obligation, or restriction, unless prohibited by law.
12) AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, non-unique, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI-generated outputs for personal, educational, informational, or internal business purposes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sharing them, using them commercially, or using them in any decision-making process.
We do not guarantee that AI outputs are original, accurate, non-infringing, safe, compliant, or fit for any purpose. You should not rely on AI outputs as your only source of truth.
13) Chat History and Local Storage
Where available, the chat interface may store recent chat history locally in your own browser for convenience. Local browser history is not an official account history and is not treated as permanent server-side storage by Chat-Deep.ai.
You can remove locally stored chat history by:
- Using any “Clear Chat” or similar feature we provide, if available.
- Clearing Chat-Deep.ai site data from your browser settings.
- Clearing local storage, cookies, or cached website data through your browser controls.
Because local storage is controlled by your device and browser, you are responsible for protecting your device, especially on shared, public, work, school, or family devices.
Once local chat history is deleted, we cannot recover it for you.
14) Privacy, Cookies, Analytics, and Consent
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how long we keep it, and what privacy rights or choices may be available to you.
The Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies may be used for security, functionality, consent management, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, performance, and service reliability.
14.1 Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics or similar analytics tools to understand how visitors use the Service, measure website performance, improve content, troubleshoot issues, and improve user experience. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
14.2 Google AdSense and Advertising Technologies
We may use Google AdSense and related advertising technologies to display, measure, and improve ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, web beacons, device information, browser information, ad identifiers, and similar technologies in connection with ad serving, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and ads personalization where permitted and consented.
14.3 Consent Management
Where required by applicable law or Google policy, we use a cookie banner, consent tool, or consent management platform to request, record, and manage consent for non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising, local storage, and personalized ads.
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where consent is required, continued use of the Service alone does not mean that you consent to non-essential cookies or personalized ads. You may be asked to accept, reject, or manage choices through a consent interface.
You may withdraw or change cookie choices through the cookie settings or privacy settings tool where available, through your browser settings, or by using the controls described in our Cookie Policy.
15) Third-Party Services and External Links
We may use third-party services for AI processing, hosting, infrastructure, security, performance, analytics, advertising, consent management, email, contact forms, moderation, and other operational purposes. These providers may process information as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
The Service may include links to third-party websites, official DeepSeek resources, Google services, Cloudflare resources, app stores, developer platforms, documentation pages, advertiser websites, or other external websites.
We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, security, privacy practices, terms, policies, pricing, products, services, or actions. Your use of third-party websites and services is at your own risk and is governed by their own terms and policies.
16) Intellectual Property
16.1 Our Content
Unless otherwise stated, the Service and all non-user content, including text, layout, design, user interface elements, page structure, graphics, logos, guides, articles, and other materials, are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
16.2 Limited License to Use the Service
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, educational, informational, or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

16.3 Third-Party Trademarks
All third-party trademarks, brand names, company names, product names, model names, logos, and service names, including “DeepSeek,” Google, Cloudflare, and other provider names, belong to their respective owners.
Reference to third-party names does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, authorization, or official status unless explicitly stated.
17) Copyright, Trademark, and Rights Complaints
If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights, please contact us at info@chat-deep.ai or through our Contact page.
Please include enough information for us to identify the content, understand your claim, verify your authority to act, and respond appropriately. We may remove or restrict content where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
18) Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, block, or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe that:
- You violated these Terms.
- Your activity creates security, legal, operational, technical, privacy, or safety risk.
