Disclaimer

Effective Date: July 12, 2026
Last Updated: September 5, 2026

This Disclaimer applies to your use of Chat-Deep.ai, including its articles, guides, independent research, comparisons, calculators, status information, code examples, links and other publication features (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge the limitations described below.

Publication transition — September 5, 2026. Chat-Deep.ai is an independent publication. The browser chat was retired on September 5, 2026. The historical information below explains limitations relevant to its past use; it is not an offer of a current chat service.

Independent Website — Not an Official DeepSeek Service

Chat-Deep.ai is an independent publication. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, certified, endorsed by, or affiliated with DeepSeek or Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. Chat-Deep.ai is not the official DeepSeek website, official chat, mobile app, login page, developer platform, billing portal, documentation site, status page, or support channel.

References to “DeepSeek,” model names, API names, product names, trademarks, logos, and related terminology are used for identification, commentary, comparison, interoperability, educational, and informational purposes. All third-party trademarks and brand assets belong to their respective owners. Such references do not imply affiliation, authorization, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.

For official products, accounts, app downloads, API keys, billing, documentation, policies, and support, use the official DeepSeek website or the clearly labeled destinations in our guide to the official DeepSeek website and services.

Former Chat Feature: Historical Information

Before its retirement, the Chat-Deep.ai browser chat used the DeepSeek API. Submitted prompts and relevant conversation context were sent through Chat-Deep.ai’s application infrastructure to that API to generate responses. This integration did not make Chat-Deep.ai an official DeepSeek service.

The former chat did not provide an official DeepSeek account, billing access, account settings or official support. Normal use did not require a Chat-Deep.ai account. For current official services, use the destinations linked above and review their own terms and availability.

With Privacy Mode off, the former chat could store up to 50 completed conversations locally in the browser. Privacy Mode prevented new local saves and removed the currently open saved conversation, if one existed; it did not erase all older conversations or prevent API transmission. The former New Chat control did not clear history. Previously saved data may remain after retirement. Clear Chat-Deep.ai site data in your browser settings to remove it; this permanently deletes that local data and may reset site preferences. The former chat did not create permanent account-based server-side conversation history for normal use, but temporary processing and limited technical, security, diagnostic or abuse-prevention records could exist. Providers may retain records from past processing under their applicable terms, settings, contracts and legal obligations. Feature retirement and local deletion do not prove that provider records have been erased.

The former chat was not a zero-retention service. DeepSeek’s Context Caching documentation described caching as best effort, with unused cache generally cleared within a few hours to a few days. That description was not a guarantee for all API data or other records. Read our Privacy Policy for past-processing disclosures and privacy-request information.

AI-Generated Output Limitations

AI-generated examples in our content and responses saved from the former chat can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading, unsafe, or inappropriate for a particular purpose. They may invent facts, citations, links, legal authorities, code behavior, prices, model capabilities, or other details. A fluent or confident response is not proof that it is correct.

  • Verify important claims against reliable primary sources.
  • Test code, calculations, configurations, and instructions in a safe environment before use.
  • Review outputs for privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, bias, safety, and compliance risks.
  • Use appropriate human review before publishing, deploying, sharing, or acting on AI-generated material.
  • Disclose the use of AI-generated content where a law, policy, employer, school, publisher, platform, or professional standard requires it.

You are responsible for your submissions, your use of published or previously saved AI outputs, and the decisions or actions you take based on the Service.

No Professional or High-Stakes Advice

Chat-Deep.ai’s content, including published AI examples and responses retained from the former chat, is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, accounting, insurance, employment, regulatory, cybersecurity, engineering, safety, emergency, or other professional advice.

Do not use the Service as the sole basis for decisions involving health, safety, legal rights, financial loss, regulatory duties, critical infrastructure, security incidents, employment, education assessment, or other high-impact matters. Consult an appropriately qualified professional or official authority and independently verify the relevant information.

Do Not Submit Sensitive or Confidential Information

Do not enter passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment details, identity documents, medical records, legal files, confidential business information, trade secrets, private source code, customer or employee data, or other sensitive information through contact forms, comments or other submissions to this site. Do not submit another person’s personal information unless you have the legal authority and appropriate safeguards to do so.

Editorial and Technical Information

We aim to research and update our editorial content carefully, but we do not guarantee that every page will be complete, error-free, or synchronized with an official change at the moment it occurs. AI models, API endpoints, aliases, prices, rate limits, context limits, app availability, access rules, documentation, laws, and third-party policies can change without notice.

Dates such as “Last updated,” “Last reviewed,” or “Last verified” describe our editorial review date; they do not guarantee that no change occurred afterward. For time-sensitive or consequential decisions, verify the information directly with the relevant official source. Read our Editorial Policy for more information about sourcing, updates, corrections, and AI-assisted editorial work.

Pricing, Token, and Cost Estimates

Pricing tables, token estimates, calculators, examples, and budget projections on Chat-Deep.ai are informational estimates. Actual cost can differ because of tokenization, cache hits and misses, model choice, provider changes, taxes, currency conversion, account credits, billing rules, retries, rounding, and official price changes. A calculator result is not a quote, invoice, billing guarantee, or promise of free credits.

Before making a purchase or production budget, check the official DeepSeek platform and the official DeepSeek API pricing page.

Status and Availability Information

Status, uptime, latency, incident, or availability information displayed on Chat-Deep.ai may combine clearly labeled official information, independent probes, and user reports. Independent measurements are not official DeepSeek statements, service-level agreements, or guarantees of availability. A successful probe does not prove that every user, region, endpoint, model, or account is functioning normally, and a failed probe does not necessarily prove a platform-wide outage.

Code and Security Examples

Code samples, prompts, configuration examples, deployment patterns, and security checklists are illustrative. They may require adaptation, testing, dependency updates, access controls, logging rules, legal review, or additional safeguards before production use. We do not guarantee that a sample is secure, compatible, free from defects, or suitable for your environment.

External Links and Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or depend on third-party websites, APIs, documentation, hosting, content-delivery, analytics, advertising, consent, security, app-store, and other services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices, availability, transactions, or actions. A link is provided for reference or convenience and does not by itself constitute an endorsement.

Advertising and Commercial Separation

Chat-Deep.ai may display advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense. Advertising is separate from our editorial content. The appearance of an advertisement does not mean that Chat-Deep.ai endorses the advertiser, product, service, offer, or claim. Transactions or communications with advertisers are between you and the relevant advertiser.

Availability and No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continued coverage of a specific model or availability of a particular site feature, error-free operation, accuracy, completeness, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every device, region, browser, or use case. No content on Chat-Deep.ai creates a service-level agreement.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits a warranty, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
