Chat-Deep.ai is an independent website. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, certified, endorsed by, or affiliated with DeepSeek or Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. Chat-Deep.ai is not the official DeepSeek website, official chat, mobile app, login page, developer platform, billing portal, documentation site, status page, or support channel.
References to “DeepSeek,” model names, API names, product names, trademarks, logos, and related terminology are used for identification, commentary, comparison, interoperability, educational, and informational purposes. All third-party trademarks and brand assets belong to their respective owners. Such references do not imply affiliation, authorization, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement.

How the Chat Feature Works
The current Chat-Deep.ai browser chat uses the DeepSeek API. When you submit a message, your prompt and the relevant conversation context are sent through Chat-Deep.ai’s application infrastructure to the DeepSeek API so that a response can be generated and returned to your browser.
This technical integration does not make Chat-Deep.ai an official DeepSeek service. The Chat-Deep.ai chat is not an official DeepSeek account, does not provide access to official billing or account settings, and should not be treated as an official support channel.
Normal browser chat use does not require a Chat-Deep.ai account. Chat history may be stored locally in your browser. Where available, Privacy Mode prevents new conversations from being saved locally in your browser, but it does not prevent your prompt and relevant context from being transmitted through Chat-Deep.ai to the DeepSeek API. Chat-Deep.ai does not create a permanent account-based server-side conversation history for normal browser use; however, temporary processing and limited technical, security, diagnostic, or abuse-prevention records may exist. DeepSeek and other service providers may process or retain information under their own terms, settings, contracts, and legal obligations.
DeepSeek’s official Context Caching documentation describes caching as a best-effort feature and states that a cache no longer in use is usually cleared within a few hours to a few days. Chat-Deep.ai therefore does not represent the AI chat as a zero-retention service and does not guarantee that API inputs or outputs are never retained or used for service operation or improvement. AI-Generated Output Limitations
AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading, unsafe, or inappropriate for a particular purpose.
